This is a summary of the manufacturers warranty and limitations.
American Retro Warranty Info American-Retro's Pedal Vehicles
90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY American-Retro warrants the pedal vehicle against
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from receipt by the
original end-user purchaser, proof of purchase required. If American-Retro
receives notice of any above-defined defect during the warranty period,
American-Retro will, either, at its option, repair or replace products which
prove to be defective, with new or equivalent to new ones. Should American-Retro
be unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable amount of time,
the customer's alternative exclusive remedy will be a refund of the purchase
price upon return of the product.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTY The above warranty shall not apply to defects
resulting from: misuse; unauthorized modifications; operation or storage outside
the environment specification for the vehicle; in-transit damage; and improper
maintenance. All returns must be in the original box with the original packing.
Call within 10 days of receipt of shipment to arrange your return.
American-Retro makes no other express warranty, whether written or oral, with
respect to this product. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness is
limited to the above stated 90 day duration of the written warranty. Some
states, provinces or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights,
which vary from state to state, or province to province or country to country.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND REMEDIES The remedies provided above are the
customer's sole and exclusive remedies. In no event shall American-Retro be
liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
(including lost profit), whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other
legal theory.

Returns:
Big Toys USA will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by Big Toys USA within 10 days of your original receipt of the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.
Damaged
Items: Big Toys USA will ship out free
replacement parts if any damage occurs. Customers are responsible for replacing
these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, Big Toys
USA will offer a return for a full refund. If damage is not reported to us
within 10 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the
damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Guarantee:
Big Toys USA products are guaranteed to be quality merchandise. Many products
carry a Manufacturer's warranty. Big Toys USA will pass this warranty on to the
buyer. Buyer should notify Big Toys USA immediately upon discovery of any
product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance
with our return policy and at buyer's expense. We will replace all defective
items that meet the return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any
liability for loss or inconvenience cased buy their use or failure. All
warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper
installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to withhold issuance of
credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested. *Any used
product offered by Big Toys USA (wheels, or any other parts) are not included in
these policies unless otherwise noted.
Product
Use: Some products sold by Big Toys USA
may not be approved for highway use or public roads. It is the complete
responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles are operated by all
federal, state and local laws. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated
with the use of motorized products and holds Big Toys USA and its owners
harmless of any liability.

MORGAN CYCLE
30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY Morgan Cycle warrants our products against defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from receipt by the original
end-user purchaser, proof of purchase from authorized Morgan Cycle retailer
required. If Morgan Cycle receives notice of any above-defined defect during the
warranty period, Morgan Cycle will, either, at its option, repair or replace
products which prove to be defective, with new or equivalent to new parts.
Should Morgan Cycle be unable to repair or replace the product within a
reasonable amount of time, the customer's alternative exclusive remedy will be a

Charm Toys, Foland Group CLAIMS/SHORTAGES Even though we spend a great deal of time and money to insure the safe arrival of our products, items will occasionally appear damaged and shortages may occur in transit. Therefore, we request that you follow these proceedures to correct the problem if it occurs: If order is damaged completely: Refuse delivery of carton(s) DO NOT sign for the carton(s) Please indicate the refusal of the package on the delivery papers or electronically.
If damage to your order is concealed (Detected after delivery): Contact us or the carrier directly within tem (10) days of delivery. Waiting until after the ten day period will result in denial of any claims by the carrier. The carrier will not accept claims on shipments "not opened" or called in after the ten (10) day grace period. You must save all cartons and packaging materials or claim may be denied. The carrier will come out to inspect the carton(s). If merchandise or packaging has been defaced or damaged by customer, credit may be denied.

SandLock Sandboxes
Guaranteed Satisfaction – Within 60 days of your
purchase date, if your customer is not satisfied with our products, for any
reason, SandLock® Sandbox, Inc. will refund the full purchase price minus
any shipping costs. SandLock® Sandbox will reimburse all shipping costs for
products that are determined to be faulty in workmanship, or material. A 15%
restocking fee will be assessed to returned merchandise that was ordered in
error, and subsequently returned
