There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. We accept government or school board checks and purchase orders in U.S. Dollars only. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

A canceled order will be credited in the full amount ONLY if product has not yet shipped from warehouse. Product in transit is considered shipped.
Customers must contact us for Return Authorization before returning product.
To receive a refund or credit, returned items MUST be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received within 10 days of your original receipt of the product. Item will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.
At our discretion the actual shipping charge and 20% restocking fee will not be refunded.
Shipping costs for all returned items will be buyer's responsibility.
If our shipper cannot deliver after 3 attempts, and it is returned, the customer is responsible for 20% re-stocking fee & our actual shipping cost & the return shipping cost back to the warehouse.
The return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship are covered by manufacturers warranty. Individual product warranty information is listed on the product page. We will assist you in contacting and ensuring manfacturers warranty is honored.
Please contact us via email for a specific item's warranty and return policy prior to purchase if it is not listed on the product page.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase at our expense.
